Hello Moises,

sorry for my late answer, but there were so many mails in my mail box, and I had lost sight of your mail until now.

Thank you for asking about our trip. Well, we were amazed at the good organization. Before starting our trip, we could not believe, that all our meeting points would fulfill sucessfully, but beside two or three meeting places for transfer, which were late up to half an hour (only Nazca more), it was all okay.
We are also very happy that we had no sicknesses except one night with diarrhea.

The highlights of the trip were the Ballestas Islands, the sand dunes near Huacachina (we had booked this trip extra), the first view of Machu Picchu and the bird-watching at the Collpa.
The guides on our excursion tours were all very helpful, competent and professional with their knowlegde, especially the guides on  the Inka trail and the Tambopata excursion - Victor found and explained many animals which we wouldn't have discovered without him - of course it was positive that we were very small groups and the guides had much time for our questions - we were five on the Inka trail and only two in the jungle.

All things considered it was a very pleasant trip for us and if we come back to South America in the future - be sure we will contact you.

Hi Moises,

Yes we are back homeland just today. We were in Amsterdam for past 3 days after Peru. Yes we had a wonderful journey and experience in Peru and the people are so friendly and hospitality was great. The highlight of our whole trip was the 4 day Inca Trail which we find ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and out of this world xperience. Our guide Naomi, is extremely patient with us and an excellent guide and friend.

In fact our friends who might be making a trip soon would like Naomi to be their guide as well, if possible.

The rest of the Peru trip was good generally. Timing was almost perfect, hotels were very very comfortable.

Well, Moises, other than that, overall planning, hotels, excursions, guides especially Inca Trail is HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE.

THANKS to you and your company, we had a pleasant journey.

Dear Moises,

What can I say, but Thank you for planning us such a wonderful tour of Peru. We are in Lima for our last day and will fly to Chile early tomorrow AM. Emily leaves day after,she is glad as she may have more shopping. The hotel in Lima is a great location and really nice. We love the Swimming pools here, in Paracas and Nazca. All the hotels were great except Puno. The rooms were OK but the management was poor. I would not recomend. We were charged for a broken toilet seat????? The manager was rude and I feld sorry for her employees. All our transfers and tours were on time as stated and everyone kept on contact with us and we never had any confusion. They always took us into get our bus-plane or train tickets and showed us to the proper borading gates etc. Some of the tours were a little fast paced for Ray and I as we are older and move slower than the young people that are the majority,but we were well taken care of by all. The scenery was so beautiful, it reminded me of Hawaii,so green and so many flowers. This was the perfect time of the year to see your country. I will write more to you later, but just wanted to thank you for your great planning and of the other tour operators who helped make this trip for us very special. The Santuary Hotel at MP was outstanding and please do not let anyone go there first unless that are at all 6 star hotels. It was perfect as our last hotel and to be at the site all evening and the next day.I would have had a private guide as we are as I said slow,but we had read alot about the site and still enjoyed ourselves.

I could go on and on but Emily is wanting to go our exploring Lima and the ocean front that afternoon. Thanks again,

Greetings from Switzerland

Dear Moises, we are back to Switzerland since 3 months. The journey through Peru and Bolivia was well organized and we would like to thank you and Inkawasitravel for that. The trip was wonderful, although at the end we had some problems in Sucre and Chochabamba because of demonstrations and fighting.

It is possible that I will contact in a few years Inkawasitravel again for traveling to the North of Peru and to Ecuador.

Nous sommes biens rentrés au Canada et heureux de retrouver notre maison et nos enfants après un long séjour dans votre magnifique pays.  Notre séjour s'est bien passé en général, à part quelques petits pépins.
De Inkawasi Travel Service, nous avons reçu un service digne de professionnels.  Les guides qui nous étaient assignés se sont tous bien acquittés de leur mandat.  Une mention spéciale revient à Eddie Flores, notre chauffeur à Lima, toujours à l'heure, dont la présence était bien rassurante.  Aussi, une mention spéciale à Antonio, notre guide à Lima, avec qui nous aurions bien apprécié passer plus de temps.  Ne le perdez pas, c'est un trésor.  Patricia et Umberto, à Arequipa et dans la vallée de Colca, Paco à Puno, Eduardo et Jenko à Iquitos étaient aussi des mines d'informations.  Renato à Cusco et à Machu Picchu s'est aussi bien acquitté de sa tâche, bien que plus expéditif.
Nous gardons un très beau souvenir du Pérou.

We want to say our thanks to all the staff who catered for us over the 4 days. Chino!! for his excellent guide over the 4 days, he was professional, dedicated, provided, humour, interesting information and very detailed information from the local vegetation, to Peru history, Inca history and his teaching of the language.

Also to say to thanks to Ruben and the porters, the food was top class, camp sites, tents, they did everything for us and more …. Can’t thank them enough.

We have friends traveling to Peru later this year and have will recommend Inca Wasi as the tour company as it was there staff that made our trip to Peru even more special than we expected…

Dear Teresa,

Now that we have arrived in Germany again I would like to thank you and your team from INKA WASI TRAVEL SERVICE for the excellent service which was 100% satisfying! We were having a great time on the Inka trail and in the Manu reserve with Wilber and Alwin beeing great and very helpful guides, not to forget the porters and the cook on the Inka trail who prepared great and delivious meals. Bonjour María Luisa,

Voici comme vous le souhaitez, un petit résumé de nos impressions sur le voyage et les prestations d' Inka Wasi.

arrivée à LIMA: hormis le souci à l'hotel, rien à signaler, si ce n'est le chauffeur qui s'est perdu en arrivant. partie Ballestas- Paracas: visites très intéresantes. Pour le deuxieme jour a pres les iles ballestas, nous sommes partis directement à ICA ou nous avons fait du sand board pour les uns et visiter un musée de l'histoire régional pour les autres. Je vous conseille de l'inclure dans vos prochains programmes.

Partie Aréquipa: le City tour était intéressant. le canyon del Colca a été intéressant et tout s'est bien passé Cuzco: la prestation d'Inka Wasi a été très bonne à Cuzco, rien à redire le city tour a été très intéressant, la vallée sacrée des incas a été intéressante mais trop orientée "marché" à touristes. les ruines d'Ollantaytambo ont été visitées très rapidement et un peu de temps libre en haut des ruines aurait été apprécié. L'inka trail et le Machupicchu: très bien et bon guide.

Puno: bonne organisation d'Inka Wasi cela a été une tres bonne idée de réserver un hotel à notre arrivée du bus alors que cela n'était pas prévu initialement. Cela a permis de se reposer. visite des Sillustani: tres bien mais la visite de la ferme locale était un peu trop "touristique" visite du lac Titicaca: la visite et la nuit sur amantani ont été intéressante.

Pour le retour, tout a bien été organisé, les chauffeurs étaient à l'heure, et je n'ai pas eu de problème pour revenir en France. Pour la partie Bolivie, mes amis semblent avoir été très satisfaits de vos prestations. Voici pour nos impressions, nous espérons avoir à refaire appel à vos services pour un prochain voyage au Pérou.

ESTIMADA Mº Luisa:

Perdona que no me haya puesto en contacto contigo antes pero hemos tenido vaciones en septiembre y hasta ahora no nos hemos situado en la normalidad.El viaje fue fantastico y lo disfrutamos muchisimo,todo estuvo fenomenal y no dudes que os recomendariamos a cualquier amigo que quiera ir para alla. De todos modos te cuento un par de detalles, perdimos algun desayuno porque al salir muy temprano no nos daban de desayunar en el hotel, creo que este problema nos surgio al dejar Lima pero no recuerdo si algun otro sitio.y no habia alguna alternativa prevista. las van fueron siempre muy amplias y los conductores bien. El camino del Inca fue perfecto y comer caliente en mitad del camino nos permitio reponernos del todo. En cuanto a los guias el de Lima y uno que tuvimos en Cuzco fueron los que menos nos gustaron los demas fenomenal. Creo que no me queda nada mas que comentarte ,por supuesto si me acuerdo de algo te lo diria,de momento darte las gracias por tu colabaracion y trabajo por el que hemos tenido un viaje tan bueno.

Chère Maria-Luisa,

Notre voyage au Pérou a été merveilleux. Nous avons découvert tant de belles choses et nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à rencontrer les gens qui sont gentils et accueillants. Nous avons eu des guides charmants et très compétents. L'organisation était impeccable jusque dans les moindres détails (le petit problème à Cusco a été réglé très rapidement, merci encore de votre intervention à ce moment). Tout s'est très très bien passé, et nous réalisons mieux, maintenant que nous l'avons vécu, la complexité de l'organisation d'un voyage personalisé comme celui-là: les transferts (cars, bateaux, trains, bus...), les visites des sites, les guides et les nuits d'hôtel qui changent presque tous les jours! Les hôtels étaient également d'excellente qualité.

Nous sommes enchantés de tous vos services, mais aussi du circuit tel que vous l'avez conçu : faire d'abord Arequipa et Puno et terminer par Cusco et le Machu Picchu était selon nous le circuit idéal. Même les "petites" visites comme Sillustani ou Moray et les salines nous ont énomément plu. L'Amazonie nous a ensuite donné une image du Pérou très différente!... Chère Maria-Luisa nous ne manquerons pas de faire de la publicité autour de nous, j'espère que nous aurons d'autres amis qui partiront avec votre agence.

Bonjour Maria Luisa,

Voilà, nous sommes rentrés en Belgique depuis maintenant une dizaine de jours et je trouve enfin le temps de vous envoyer notre appréciation sur notre voyage. Excusez du retard.

Tout comme l'année passée, nous avons été vraiment satisfaits du voyage que vous avez organisé pour nous. Que ce soit au Pérou, en Bolivie ou au Chili, tout était parfait: les hôtels répondaient à notre attente, parfois même il y a eu d'excellentes surprises, comme l'Hôtel Pakaritampu à Ollantaytambo ou l'Hôtel Gloria à La Paz. Le seul hôtel que je ne recommanderais pas est Hôtel Mirador à Copacabana. L'hôtel en lui même est bien situé, les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses, mais le personnel est incompétent (la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et les lits n'ont pas été faits pendant notre séjour).

Les guides étaient tous très bien, compétents, serviables et très gentils. Là aussi, nous avons eu d'excellentes surprises, comme par exemple Orlando Roman Ochavano qui travaille pour Wari Tours à Ayacucho, qui parle très bien l'anglais et un peu le français, alors qu'il était prévu un guide parlant seulement l'espagnol. En Bolivie et au Chili aussi nous avons eu des guides qui parlaient très bien le français.

Vos intermédiaires, que ce soit au Pérou, en Bolivie ou au Chili, ont très bien fait leur travail, nous ont mis au courant dès qu'il y avait un petit changement de programme ou de timing. Ils étaient toujours là pour nous accueillir dans les gares et dans les hôtels.

Comme l'année passée donc, nous ne pouvons que vous féliciter, vous Maria Luisa et votre agence pour votre compétence. Nous avons un tellement bon souvenir de ces deux voyages, que nous espérons bien revenir l'année prochaine pour visiter d'autres régions.

Quiero darte las gracias por el tremendo viaje que tu compañia nos brindo el mes pasado. Fue verdaderamente mejor de lo que yo y mis panas nos esperabamos. El guia Harry y los que andaban con nosotros nos trataron demasiao de bien. Un viaje impresionante que le para los pelos a cualquiera de lo hermoso y espiritual que es. La pasamos super brutal como dicen aca!! Estamos pensando hacer el viaje de nuevo de aqui a par de años asi que de seguro te vuelvo a buscar. Aqui te envio una foto del grupo(soy el del medio). Dear Willy,

I really loved the trip and the guide was brilliant, we saw so much in so little time. I really needed the beauty of Gods creation after the awfulness of the prisons we saw. So much human suffering and poverty. The trek through the jungle was good and I saw many spiders and insects which fascinated me. The guide caught a caiman about 4 weeks old and I held it !! Also piranha fish, macaws and beautiful birds, there were 2 other people on the trip,so it was peaceful and not too many tourists. so it was a good trip in all. Thankyou I would love to do more and see tribes and things. I arrived back in U.K Friday and it was chaos due to the terrorist bombs in London. Awful!

I thank you so much for arranging the trip and wish I could have stayed more days but it wasn't possible. I love the people in Peru and hope to come back one day to see more.( I want to learn spanish) love Cindy (rich)

Buenas noches Willy y Zulema,

Quiero agradecerles profundamente por su valiosa colaboracion y asistencia por hacer posible un sueño que tenia ya hace mucho tiempo. Hace dos dias termine el camino inca (en el grupo organizado por ustedes) y no tengo mas que elogios para expresarles. Desde mi llegada al aeropuerto de Lima encontre asistencia oportuna y calida, me estaban esperando con el Vaucher y con las instrucciones necesarias. Luego en Cusco fui atendido muy bien, con los preliminares y las indicaciones previas. Fue muy gratificante haber podido hacer el camino en compañia de dos guias tan especiales y dispuestos como Waira y Janeth, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad del grupo, demostrando responsabilidad, madurez y conocimiento de su trabajo y del acompañamiento que se debe tenerse. Lo mismo puedo decir de los porteadores. Mi sentimiento de asombro, respeto y admiracion por estos seres que dan todo de si con humildad y entrega para que todo salga sin ningun problema. La alimentacion de mi completo agrado, generosa, abundante y de muy buena sazon.

Todo resulto muy bien. El traslado a Cusco tampoco presento inconvenientes. En resumen, me siento muy satisfecho y tengan la seguridad que recomendare ampliamente su agencia a aquellos que sepa yo quieran hacer este magnifico camino. De nuevo mil gracias y hasta otra proxima oportunidad.

Notre séjour au Pérou est terminé hélas , mais nous avons eu le plaisir de visiter un pays magnifique et de cotoyer des gens chaleureux et serviables.
nous tenons à vous remercier tout particulièrement pour l'organisation de ce voyage, organisation parfaite en tous points : acceuil , ponctualité, choix et qualité des hotels (avec néanmoins une réserve pour l'hotel Crismar à Aréquipa très bien situé mais au confort et la propreté limite), programmes des excursions ,compétence et amabilité des guides et de tout le personnel d'INKA WASI en général.
Nous ne manquerons pas de faire autour de nous la promotion de votre beau pays et d'INKA WASI en particulier.

Nous sommes de retour en France depuis quelques jours et nous tenions à vous remercier pour la prise en charge de notre voyage.
